2025: 46th SF Decorator Showcase

 

The SF Decorator Showcase offers a look into the Bay’s evolving design language. This year, a 1902 Pacific Heights residence was reimagined. I spent an afternoon taking in the surface-design details.

    Throw pillows made from Antique Chinese textiles from Geoff’s great aunt. She was a Radcliffe graduate, the first woman to attend Harvard, was in the Economic Dept at Wharton, wrote 13 books, worked for the Rockefeller Foundation, and was a gay woman accomplishing all of this from the 1920s to the 1980s. She died, aged 99, in 1980
